Former Karnataka and Indian cricketers Venkatesh Prasad and Sunil Joshi interacted with Indian Institute of Management (IIM) students in Indore and shared their experiences with the students of India’s premier B-School. Playing alongside legends such as Sachin Tendulkar, Anil Kumble and Rahul Dravid was one of the most asked questions during the session by the inquisitive students.
The session was attended by director of IIM-I Professor Rishikesha T. Krishnan. Left-arm spinner Joshi reminisced about his journey where he had to walk several kilometers for practice sessions, read a Times of India report. Pacer Prasad, whose efforts India rode on through the nineties, gave the students tips on channeling his aggression in a positive manner. He elaborated on how his success formula could apply to the everyday lives of students.
