Virender Sehwag was dismissed for one in the first over of Kings XI Punjab’s (KXIP) run-chase of 193 against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015. Sehwag tried to go over the top against Ishwar Pandey and was caught by Faf du Plessis at mid-off. It was an attempt to get a boundary and then Sehwag was dismissed as he tried to push on. KXIP are chasing a big score and in the last IPL, they had beaten CSK in all the three games. In the first of those games, they had chased a huge total and were hence backing themselves to go on to chase this one as well. However, this is a big blow for them. CSK had won the toss and had chosen to bat first in this encounter. They went on to score 192. Brendon McCullum scored 66and MS Dhoni scored 41 not out. KXIP will need some of their big names to fire in the absence of Maxwell.
