The star racer of Rad Bull team, Max Verstappen recently did a small challenge with England cricketers, where the racer player cricket and faced some deliveries.

The racing star of the Red Bull team, Max Verstappen, recently had a break from Formula 1 track racing and tried his skills at cricket. Max was being guided by three England cricketers- Reece Topley, Will Jacks, and Issy Wong. Even though he had never played cricket, the F1 driver gave his best, and his shots were recorded for Red Bull racing video series.
Verstappen’s lack of experience in cricket was visible from the beginning. He struggled with the basics, not even being sure on how to properly hold the bat. However, once he got used to it, Max showed that he was not a bad cricketer at all.
Once Max got the hang of the grip, he managed to make contact with the ball. In the Castore Cricket Challenge, he successfully his three balls, along with a few mishits that caused chaos in the crew. Since Verstappen was clearly aware of the distress he has caused, he jokingly said, “I almost killed someone“.

The hard point of this challenge was when the cricketers bowled a fast ball at Verstappen, where the speed turned out too much fir him to see. The Dutchman could only manage to hear the sound of the ball as it went past him. But soon, he was given a fitting challenge, as he was put in a racing simulator which was more in his element.
