Brendon Julian is a New Zealand born Australian cricketer, who was well-known for his menacing pace and swing with the ball and a more than handy lower order batter.

Photographer Mike Flokis for Getty Images captured this beautiful picture of Brendon Julian and his wife Suzanne Julian at the seventh Annual ASTRA Awards at The Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park on April 20, 2009 in Sydney.

Julian made his international debut in a One-Day International match against England at Manchester in June 1993 but didn’t manage to find a regular spot in the talented crop of Australia. Julian played a mere seven Tests and 25 ODIs for Australia, in his sporadic appearances he was also a member of the 1999 World Cup for Australia.

Julian retired from international cricket in 2011 and rendered his services as a presenter for the iconic Channel 9 programme Getaway in Australia. After which he tried his hand at commentating and is a regular at the com-box.
