Liton Dasc Carlos Brathwaite b Ashley Nurse 1 5 0 0 20
1.5
A Nurse to L Das, OUT! Uppish and gone! Who's the destroyer again? Ashley Nurse. He bowls an off spinner around off, Das lunges forward and drives it uppishly wide of mid off. However, Brathwaite moves from mid off to his left and takes a good low catch. Bangladesh lose their first in the second over.
Tamim Iqbalc Keemo Paul b Andre Russell 74 44 6 4 168.18
15.6
A Russell to T Iqbal, OUT! Russell has the last laugh and the Windies will be relieved to see the back of Tamim. Russell goes full again on middle, Tamim clears his front leg and tries to go downtown but fails to get the desired connection. It has got more height than distance and Paul at long on takes a good catch. End of a magnificent innings by the opener and also the 90-run stand. He made full use of the life he got and walks off to a standing ovation. 22 and a wicket from this over. What a roller-coaster!
Mushfiqur Rahim (W)c Andre Russell b Ashley Nurse 4 4 0 0 100
3.3
A Nurse to M Rahim, OUT! One shot too many from Rahim. Nurse has his second but it's a gift from Rahim to be honest. After playing a ramp shot off the previous ball, he looks to play the reverse hit but all he could manage is to lob the ball in the air. It goes towards point and Russell there takes an easy catch running back. Bangladesh lose their second and the Rahim experiment hasn't worked. Soumya Sarkar replaces him.
Soumya Sarkarc Rovman Powell b Keemo Paul 14 18 1 1 77.78
7.4
K Paul to S Sarkar, OUT! High, so high and taken! Intelligent stuff from Paul, he bowls a slower full delivery wide of off stump. Sarkar goes with the lofted shot without compensating for the pace. Ends up mistiming it up in the air towards long on where Powell positions himself under it and takes a good catch. Windies continue to chip away at the wickets.
Shakib Al Hasan (C)c sub b Keemo Paul 60 38 9 1 157.89
19.3
K Paul to Al Hasan, OUT! Shakib holes out! Half the side back in the hut for Bangladesh. A low full toss outside off, not always easy to put such deliveries away and Shakib could not. He hits it up in the air towards long off. Walton, the substitute, takes an easy catch. Shakib walks back after playing an innings of substance. This till now has been a good final over by Paul.

Andre Fletcherc Shakib Al Hasan b Nazmul Islam 43 38 3 2 113.16
14.2
N Islam to A Fletcher, OUT! In the air... gone! Fletcher what have you done? Was this really needed? Especially after hitting a maximum on the first ball. This wicket has once again brought the match right in the balance. Credit to the bowler here, he shows courage by tossing it up on middle, Fletcher tries to play across the line and that is his undoing. The ball turns, takes the top edge and goes towards Shakib at point who does not drop it. So, Fletcher does not make the most of the life he was given. An uncharacteristic innings by him comes to an end.
Evin Lewislbw b Mustafizur Rahman 1 3 0 0 33.33
1.2
M Rahman to E Lewis, OUT! Gone! Windies have lost their only review as Rahman strikes. A length ball pitching outside off, it comes back in with the angle as Lewis tries to defend but is struck right in front of the sticks. The bowler appeals and the umpire obliges by raising his finger. After some discussion with Lewis, Fletcher urges him to take the review as he feels that height can be a factor which he indicates to him. The southpaw agrees eventually. The replays roll in. The Snicko doesn't spot anything. The Hawk Eye now shows three reds. Another failure for Lewis. Early strike for Bangladesh, just what they wanted.
Andre Russellc Mushfiqur Rahim b Mustafizur Rahman 17 10 1 2 170
3.4
M Rahman to A Russell, OUT! Gone! Fizz has the last laugh. A short ball from around the wicket, Russell shuffles a touch to pull it over mid-wicket but only manages get a faint edge to the keeper. Rahim behind the sticks takes the catch and appeals. The umpire has no problem in giving that out. A huge, huge wicket for Bangladesh.
Marlon Samuelsc Liton Das b Shakib Al Hasan 10 3 1 1 333.33
4.4
Al Hasan to M Samuels, OUT! What a catch! A short delivery around middle and leg, Samuels heaves it powerfully towards deep mid-wicket. He has made good connection which means Das in the deep has a chance of getting under it. However, he has to run in and put in a dive forward to complete the catch. The Bangla Tigers are ecstatic and Windies are losing the plot here.
Denesh Ramdin (W)lbw b Rubel Hossain 5 11 0 0 45.45
7.1
R Hossain to D Ramdin, OUT! What a review! Rubel has the hawk's eye to see that. He bowls a length ball around off and pushes it into Ramdin who tries to flick it but misses to get hit on his pads. The bowler appeals but the umpire shakes his head. Hossain is convinced that it is hitting and he convinces his skipper as well. The review is taken. The replays roll in. No edge there and it hits him right in front of the sticks. However, the off pole is visible but tell you what, the ball is hitting the middle of leg stump. After having a look at the replays on the big screen, Rubel was walking back to his bowling mark convinced that it was going to miss the leg stump or it will be an umpire's call. To everyone's surprise, it's a successful review from Bangladesh.
Rovman Powellc Mushfiqur Rahim b Mustafizur Rahman 43 34 3 2 126.47
18.3
M Rahman to R Powell, OUT! Powell departs and he probably takes the hopes of the Windies of chasing this target down back with him. Rahman persists with the short ball outside off, Powell goes for the pull but gets a top edge. Rahim times his jump, gets a hand to it but fails to hang on. He does really well to keep his eyes on the ball and takes it on the second attempt.
Carlos Brathwaite (C)c Liton Das b Shakib Al Hasan 11 7 1 1 157.14
16.2
Al Hasan to C Brathwaite, OUT! What a catch! Wow! Liton Das, you beauty. Shakib tosses this one up on middle, Brathwaite lofts it towards wide long on. He too, like many others in this game, gets more height than distance. There are two fielders converging towards it, one from long on and the other from deep mid-wicket. Das, from the latter position, keeps his eyes on the ball and avoids the collision with the other fielder. He takes it above his head and then also maintains balance to stay inside the field. Brilliant. Brathwaite can't believe it as he walks back and Bangladesh are now favourites here as they have got the dangerous Windies skipper. 41 more needed in 22.
Ashley Nursec Ariful Haque b Nazmul Islam 16 8 1 1 200
19.3
N Islam to A Nurse, OUT! High up in the air... taken! Game, set and match for Bangladesh. Islam tosses this up on middle, Ashley tries to clear mid-wicket but it does not go the distance. He holes out to Haque who dropped one earlier but takes this. The Bangladeshis are ecstatic.
Keemo Paulb Nazmul Islam 2 5 0 0 40

N Islam to K Paul, OUT! TIMBER! What an outstanding last over this has been from Islam. 0,1,W,0,W. Sees the batsman make room, so he fires it full on the stumps. Paul swings but misses to see his stumps get shattered. You miss I hit stuff.
