A Razzak to Karunaratne, OUT! Stumped! Abdur Razzak strikes and it's another failure for Dimuth Karunaratne! He is absolutely delighted. Why won't he be? He is making a comeback to the side after 4 years so you can imagine the excitement. He tosses it up nicely around middle and leg. Razzak to Gunathilaka, OUT! Poor shot. That is the problem with attacking. The batsman gets into the mode of hitting a bit too many risky shots and eventually pays the price. For Gunathilaka, that eventuality has come after 25 balls. Nothing special on the ball and an equally not-so-special shot from Danushka as well. He goes back, looking to punch but does not bother to keep it down. Now what is special on this ball is the catch. Lakmal to M Rahim, OUT! Lakmal has the last laugh! He kept them coming in and finally knocks the stumps over. Rahim's luck runs out. He survived a dropped chance, then escaped an LBW call and now he finally perishes. Lakmal drops it on a length outside off, Rahim once again doesn't offer any shot as he simply shoulders his arms. Doesn't account for the little bit of inward movement and the off stump gets pegged back. Bangladesh in tatters.

Mehidy Hasan drifts it on middle and leg, Dimuth comes dancing down the track to whip it away. It goes quickly towards mid-wicket where Kayes reacts and plucks it a stunning fashion by diving to his right. The hosts roar in delight. Can they pick a few more? Also, this has been the slowest knock by Karunaratne whenever he has scored over 25 runs.

Razzak to Mendis, OUT! No inside edge, Hawk Eye says, CRASHING THE STUMPS! Razzak got Mendis in the first innings and does so yet again. He darts in an arm delivery around off, Mendis fails to pick it. He lunges forward to play for the conventional turn, which is absent. The ball raps him on the front pad. Islam to de Silva, OUT! Knocked him over! Very ugly dismissal. Will tell you why. It is not an easy track to bat on and hence, it is important to capitalize when you seem to be in. Here, de Silva, who is fairly set, makes room to play this one over the off side, thinking the ball to be outside off. But Taijul seems to be a clever bowler. He tosses this one up and lands it around middle. The ball spins away just a touch. Dhananjaya is deceived here and is in no position to get bat to that. Ends up missing the ball, which goes on to strike the off stump. The promising 34-run stand comes to a bad end, as does the enterprising knock from the no. 3. Bowling spin is mostly about four flushing and Islam has succeeded in doing just that. Sri Lanka have 8 wickets in their bag, while Bangladesh are trailing the game by 165 runs.

M Rahman to Gunathilaka, OUT! Plumb in front! Mustafizur Rahman strikes in his very first over in this spell. The bowling change has done the trick. M Hasan to Chandimal, OUT! The low bounce has consumed Chandimal. Hasan strikes. This is what puzzled us for a while. That right arm off spinners can't be effective against right-handers is a myth. Finds Mahmudullah at square leg, who times his leap to perfection to take that. Strangely, post that, he mimes a throw at the other end. Sri Lanka are effectively 282/6.

M Rahman to Perera, OUT! A wicket soon after coming into the attack, yet again. Mustafizur Rahman. He lands it full outside off, this is just a touch shorter than the previous one. Perera pokes at it tentatively. Seems to have feathered an outside edge to the keeper, who takes a nice catch standing close to the stumps. The finger is raised but Dilruwan isn't happy. He talks to Silva and then opts for the DRS. Snicko confirms that that's it for Perera. He takes the lone review left for his side.

M Rahman to Dananjaya, OUT! Two in two, Mustafizur is on a hat-trick! He hurls in an off cutter outside off, on a length. The ball moves in a touch after pitching. Islam switches the angle comes from over the wicket and loops it up around off. Herath presses forward to defend but this one spins in a touch to hit him on the pads. D Perera to Iqbal, OUT! Umpire's call stays and Tamim has to depart! One down, 9 more to go. Pretty straight ball, Tamim gets forward to defend, thinking he has covered the line but misses. Is hit right in front of the sticks and the Lankans go up in an LBW appeal. The umpire raises his finger quickly enough and Tamim asks his partner about the impact. One guesses Kayes would have said the impact is outside off because the camera focuses on Tamim who signals for the review. Naked eye seems to show that the impact is outside off but the Hawk Eye shows it to be umpire's call. Ahh.... tough luck. The review is retained but Bangladesh would wish Tamim could be detained at the crease.

Herath to Kayes, OUT! Brilliant catch! And the veteran has his first in the game. You can never keep him out of the contest. After a wicketless first innings, Herath has struck in his third over in the second. Full and outside off, Kayes pushes at it and gets a thin outside edge. This time Niroshan Dickwella reacts in a flash to take the catch and immediately leaps in jubilation. The dropped catch earlier does not count much. Kayes never looked comfortable - today, day before yesterday or even in the first Test.

R Herath to Rahim, OUT! Number 6 goes too! Must be some train leaving from Dhaka. Every batsman is in a hurry. The option of coming down the track far too often has gone against Rahim. Herath lands it on the rough outside off and Mushfiqur is not to the pitch of it. Is beaten comfortably and the ball spins off the rough, goes past the outside edge and Niroshan Dickwella whips off the bails in a flash. WICKET NUMBER 414 FOR HERATH IN TESTS, joint-most with Wasim Akram in terms of dismissals by left-arm bowlers.

A Dananjaya to L Das, OUT! This time Chittagong and Dhaka unite to connect bat and ball! This is happening all too quickly. Dananjaya has struck in his first over. He lands the ball outside off and Das goes back to defend. But there is extra bounce on that and the wicketkeeper batsman can only fend it straight to short leg. 6 more wickets for a big win.

A Dananjaya to Mahmudullah, OUT! Oh dear... half the side gone now! Mahmudullah comes down the track once again but perhaps a second early. Dananjaya sees that and bowls the ball just a bit wider, which means the captain has to reach out to defend. Manages to make contact with the ball but it is off an edge. Straight to first slip.

He appeals towards the square leg umpire more out of habit, keeps looking at where Razzak's foot is but does not seem confident.
