MCD asked to give DDCA occupancy certificate of stadium

The MCD has been asked by the Delhi High Court to give Delhi District Cricket Association (DDCA) a provisional "occupancy certificate" for Feroz Shah Kotla stadium to enable the cricketing body hold India-England ODI there on October 17.
