Spinner Ashton Agar on Wednesday said that he wasn’t expecting to be selected in the starting XI of Australia against England for the first Ashes Test at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. He termed the experience as a ‘dream come true’.

Agar was given his Baggy Green by former Australian pacer Glenn McGrath.

Australia reached 75 for four after bowling out England for 215. The visitors trail England by 140 runs and with Steven Smith at the crease.

Finn bagged two of the four Australian wickets to fall. He feels a few wickets in the first hour of the second day will put England in a commanding position.

The player of the day was Peter Siddle, who led the Australian bowling attack commendably picking up five wickets.
