The Mukul Mudgal committee has found six Indian players as guilty of spot-fixing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) according to a released report.

 

The report names one of the players to be currently touring New Zealand with the Indian side and accused them of betting on matches.

 

The names of the six players has been given in a sealed envelope to the Supreme Court (SC) who will take the final call on the matter. Fans may definitely hope for the suspense to end and will be waiting with bated breath for the verdict.

For the record Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team principle Gurunath Meiyapan was earlier arrested for his role in the spot-fixing controversy.
