MS Dhoni's trolls Ravindra Jadeja

Indian skipper MS Dhoni is known for being sport on as well as off the field. The second Test of the tour of New Zealand in February last year was one such case, in which Dhoni was clearly heard passing a witty remark to the bowler, none other than Ravindra Jadeja.

“Pujara ko wahan taali bajane ke liye nahin rakha hai (I haven’t placed Pujara at that spot for clapping),” Dhoni was heard as saying to Jadeja over the stump microphone. The comment was made during the 352-run partnership between Brendon McCullum (302) and BJ Watling (124) for the sixth wicket, a record for New Zealand at that time.

It was a match in which was a great source of frustration for the Indians more than anything else. India had lost the five-match One-Day International (ODI) series 0-4, before losing the opening Test by 40 runs. India had the upper hand in the second Test at Basin Reserve, gaining 346-run lead in the first innings and reducing the Kiwis to 94 for five in their second innings, before the McCullum-Watling changed the course of the game completely, leading to a draw in the second Test and a 1-0 series win for the hosts.
