Former Indian Captain Mohammed Azharuddin feels that selectors should consult Sachin Tendulkar before making any decisions about his future. He also stated that non performing players should be rested from the team and youngsters should be encouraged to come forward.

Azhar believes that Sachin, who has served the game for 23 years, deserves to be consulted before the BCCI plans to overhaul the team which could mean even Sachin could be asked to leave.
