Sri Lanka reached 225 for seven at the end of day three of the third Test match against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on Saturday.

Earlier, after a scintillating century from Australia’s Matthew Wade that gave Australia a lead of 135 runs, Sri Lanka’s Dimuth Karunanatne and Mahela Jayawardene showed great resolve to take Sri Lanka just eight runs short of the Australia total at Tea on Day Three of the Sydney Test.
