Sachin Tendulkar and Shane Warne, a rivalry in cricket that is unforgettable for any cricket fan of this era. That spirit and essence is all set to be enjoyed again as Sachin’s Blasters take on Warne’s Warriers in three T20 matches starting from November 7. Both the teams consist of greatest players having played in the last 25 years from across the globe. While the matches will be played in true entertainment purpose, it serves a greater prospect of spreading cricket in the United States of America to populate the sport in that region.

While looking back in the memories, Tendulkar picked up three instances. Little Master started with the 1992 innings of Sydney, which was co-incidentally Warne’s debut Test match. Tendulkar scored 148 and remained unbeaten as India posted a massive score of 483. India went on to draw the match making it the first and only of the five match series between India and Australia, as Australia won all the other four matches.

The other two matches that Tendulkar mentioned about in the promotional video happened in the year 1998. First one is the Chennai test of the Border-Gavaskar trophy of that season. A remarkable match depicting the rivalry between the two greats as in the first innings, Warne got Tendulkar out for just 4 runs but in the second innings, Master Blaster played a knock of 155 not out as the hammered Warne well. In Sharjah, it was the Sharjah cup final that left Warne disappointed as he could not pick up a single wicket but Tendulkar became the Man of the Match and series for his 134 off 131.
