After Amitabh Bachchan, it’s Sourav Ganguly’s turn to sing the national anthem as Pro Kabaddi League arrives in Kolkata

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan kicked off the second season of the Pro Kabaddi League on Saturday with a rendition of the Indian National anthem Jana Gana Mana, at the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Stadium in Mumbai. As the league arrives in Kolkata, it’s Sourav Ganguly who will sing the Indian anthem on Wednesday before the match between Bengal Warriors and Jaipur Pink, which will be played at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Indoor Stadium.

Ganguly’s presence is bound to attract a lot of audience in the city. Also the Jaipur franchise is owned by Bachchan’s actor son Abhishek. Exciting times in store for the city of joy!
