Indian batsman, Rohit Sharma, became the first batsman to smash two double centuries in the history of One Day Internationals. The stylish right-hander broke the previous world record of highest runs in an ODI match by Virender Sehwag (219) by scoring a mammoth 264 runs off 173 balls against the hapless Sri Lankan team. He struck 32 fours and nine sixes and took India to the fourth-highest total of 404/5 in Kolkata. Fellow cricketers and famous personalities expressed their delight by tweeting.
