It is a commonplace thing for celebs and sportspersons to get mobbed and even pestered at times for a picture. But what happens when a celeb himself pesters you for a picture? A somewhat similar situation was recently shared by cricketer-turned-commentator Sanjay Manjrekar through his official Twitter handle. ALSO READ: Virat Kohli and his gang bonds with Viv Richards.
A witty man, Manjrekar took to his Twitter account and posted a picture where he shares space with the living legend Sir Viv Richards. A humorous caption inserted by Manjrekar made the normal picture extraordinary. He wrote:
He pestered me for a week. Finally I said ok you can have a pic with me. pic.twitter.com/81zH2KtF1y

Manjrekar joked that it was Sir Richards, perhaps the greatest when it comes to explosive batting, who had been bothering him for a picture for past one week, adding that he finally acceded to his request. Manjrekar, who grew up watching Richards play, must have been a great fan of the Caribbean legend himself and it certainly must have been a ‘fanboy’ moment for him.
The commentator is currently in the Caribbean to cover the India tour of w, which comprises of four Tests. Richards too is giving his services to the broadcasters for the series.
