After playing for Barbados Tridents from 2013 to 2017 and for St Lucia Stars in 2018, Pollard is at his home franchise for the first time in the CPL.

The remainder of the TKR squad will be decided at the CPL draft in London on May 22.
Pollard is currently playing in the IPL for Mumbai Indians, who on Tuesday beat defending champions Chennai Super Kings to reach the final. The West Indies allrounder has this IPL season score 238 runs in 13 innings at an average of 29.75 and a strike-rate of 155.55, with one half-century.
The 31-year-old will aim to help Knight Riders win a fourth CPL title. Their previous wins came in 2015, 2017 and 2018.

Pollard has played in 474 career T20 matches, from which he has amassed 9275 runs at 29.91 and a strike-rate of 150.42, in addition to 261 wickets and 272 catches.
