“It felt good, I’ve sort of worked a little on a few things after a little review on how the World cup went personally,” Morgan said on his batting during the day here. Morgan, who captained England in the February-March World Cup, scored only 90 runs in five innings. Asked about the wicket, he said his side had expected the wicket to be batting friendly. “We expected it to be great wicket to bat on, but it didn’t play like that.
