Asghar Stanikzai and Najibullah Zadran are dismissed for 20 off 43 balls and four off three respectively as he is caught at mid-on by Mohammed Shami off the bowling of Mohit Sharma. Stanikzai had gotten a good start but he failed to capitalise on his start and in pursuit of some quick runs went for the big shot but the ball ended up into the hands of Shami, who had dropped a sitter earlier. Although the Indian bowling hasn’t been up to the mark, but they have a huge score on the board due to which Afghanistan have been on the back-foot right from the beginning. Afghanistan got off to a good start but the dismissal of opener Javed Ahmadi and Usman Ghani after the latter put on 63 for the second wicket with Nawroz Mangal has put the pressure back on Afghanistan.
