He then had Marcus Stoinis squared and the subsequent edge was taken by Rohit Sharma at slip. Chahal, playing his first game of the tour replacing a rested Kuldeep Yadav, went on to claim his second five-wicket haul when he got rid of Peter Handscomb for 58 – trapped in front. Chahal bettered Ravi Shastri’s 5/15 against Australia in the Benson & Hedges World Series at Perth, in 1991.
