Justice Mukul Mudgal panel which probed the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2013 spot-fixing probe said to the Supreme Court in its report that  former Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) chief N Srinivasan was aware about violation in PLayers Code of Conduct by a player but nothing was done about it.

“Srinivasan along with four other BCCI officials was aware of the violation of the Players Code of Conduct of Individual three but no action was taken against that Individual three by any of the officials.” the report stated.

The panel also said to the SC that Srinivasan is not involved in any kind of match-fixing activity, according to a tweet by Press Trust of India.
