The cricketing world has expressed their tribute to Australian skipper Michael Clarke, who will bid adieu to the game after the Ashes series. “Congrats to @MClarke23 on a magnificent career and also to your lovely wife @KylyClarke . You deserve every accolade. Enjoy the next phase,” tweeted Australian coach Darren Lehmann. Former Australian fast bowler Glenn McGrath congratulated Clarke on a fantastic career. “Loved playing alongside you mate. Well done Pup, really proud,” he tweeted. Former Australian batsman Damien Martyn wished him for his incredible career and added that Clarke has served his country with utmost respect and true spirit. Former England batsman Graeme Swann wrote on Twitter, “Congratulations to Michael Clarke on a brilliant career. He’s the best player of spin I bowled at and a bloody good bloke to boot.” Clarke had earlier confirmed that he would retire from international cricket towards the end of the ongoing Ashes series.
