India lost their captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the 43rd over off James Anderdson in the sixth One-Day International (ODI) against England at Perth. Dhoni was trapped in front of the wickets by the England pace spearhead, after scoring 17 runs off 32 balls.

India suffered yet another blow soon, as their star all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja who was playing his first match on this tour, was removed by Stuart Broad in the next over.

This was after Stuart Binny was dismissed for seven India were in more trouble, reaching 153 for six in the 40th over. Binny was trying to help India put up a good score but failed on this occasion. India have been losing their way in this game.

At one stage, India were in a decent spot. But after the 83-run opening stand between Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan, they have been losing wickets at regular intervals in this tough surface and have not been able to build onto the momentum.

Earlier, Eoin Morgan won the toss and chose to bowl first. England made no changes to their side and have persisted with the same team that last played Australia on Friday last week. India had to make one change as Mohit Sharma replaced an injured Ishant Sharma. India have gone in with Stuart Binny, Ravindra Jadeja and Akshar Patel, the three all-rounders.
