The third and final Test match between New Zealand and Bangladesh has been called off in the wake of the horrific mass shooting at a Christchurch mosque.

Members of the Bangladesh team were at the mosque when at least one gunman opened fire. The players fled to Hagley Oval, with a team spokesperson telling AFP that they had been bussed to the mosque in Christchurch and were about to go inside when the incident happened. (READ: Bangladesh cricketers ‘want to leave’ New Zealand as soon as possible)
