Pakistan are right back in the game thanks to a brilliant knock from Sarfraz Ahmed. Ahmed missed out on his fourth Test ton as he was bowled for 96 trying to paddle Dhammika Prasad. Both he and Asad Shafiq shared a 139-run stand to not just get them back in the game but also reduced the deficit to double digits. Shafiq too has looked solid and scored his 12th Test fifty. Pakistan were in a spot of danger at end of Day 3 when after bowling out Sri Lanka for 300, they were reduced to 118 for five but the pair of Sarfraz and Asad Shafiq has got them to safer shores.
