Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed termed his team’s thumping victory against Hong Kong in their 2018 Asia Cup opener on Sunday night as a complete performance.

Chasing a modest 117, Pakistan overhauled the target in 23.4 overs with eight wickets remaining. Hong Kong’s 116 is the lowest-ever total in an ODI played at the Dubai International Stadium.

Leading the way for Pakistan were fast bowler Usman Khan with three wickets and spinner Shadab Khan with 2/31. Pakistan’s victory was completed by opener Imam-ul-Haq who made 50* from 69 balls.
