Yasir Shah to Angelo Mathews, OUT! CAUGHT! The pressure builds on Angelo Mathews and he departs on a duck! Angelo Mathews seemed to be struggling at the wicket! Dinesh Chandimal tries to drive it hard and uppishly but Yasir Shah at covers dives to his right and takes a blinder to get rid of the Lankan batter. It was well across him but Shah got both hands on it. Superb catch. Dinesh Chandimal goes after a fine innings. 

Shaheen Afridi to Dhananjaya de Silva, OUT! DRAGGED ON! The 31-run stand is broken and Sri Lanka have lost half of their team now! Dhananjaya de Silva was struggling to time the ball and it does not help here! Afridi steams in and serves a full ball, outside off. Mohammad Nawaz to Prabath Jayasuriya, OUT! PLUMB IN FRONT! Mohammad Nawaz gets his first wicket of the match. He bowls this quicker and flatter on middle and leg, turning away. Maheesh Theekshana to Babar Azam, OUT! LBW! That is plumb! Babar Azam finally departs and his long vigil comes to an end! Maheesh Theekshana serves this slightly full and turning from outside off towards the stumps, Babar Azam looks to work this through square leg in the quest to rotate strike. Misses the line of the ball and gets hit on the pads right in front of the wicket. Pakistan have two reviews in their kitty and opts for it. Prabath Jayasuriya to Agha Salman, OUT! LBW! Massive appeal and the finger has been raised! Prabath Jayasuriya goes full around off and once again gets the ball to keep its line. Agha Salman looks to play for the turn and misses the ball as it goes on to hit the pads. The umpire says it is out and the batter decides to review this. There is no spike on Ultra Edge and Ball Tracker shows two reds and one umpires call as the ball goes onto clipping the top of leg stump. The on field decision stands and Pakistan have lost half their side!

Oshada Fernando had to show quick reflexes as he runs across to his right and takes it brilliantly. Might have lobed off his chest but he did well to hold onto it. Sri Lanka right on top.

Maheesh Theekshana to Yasir Shah, OUT! CAUGHT! This is smart bowling from Maheesh Theekshana! He has set up Yasir Shah beautifully! After consistently bowling a leg stump line, he fires a quick delivery full outside off. Yasir Shah reacts instinctively and looks to drive and gets a thick edge towards the slip fielder. Dhananjaya de Silva takes a sharp catch.

Ramesh Mendis to Hasan Ali, OUT! TAKEN! Ali goes after playing a quick cameo! This is full and on middle, spinning in. It entices Ali to take on as he goes for the slog-sweep but fails to get the distance. Dinesh Chandimal at deep square leg gets under it and catches it. The wind was making the ball to swirl in the air but Chandimal hold onto it. Pakistan trail by 74 runs.

Yasir Shah to Oshada Fernando, OUT! CAUGHT! Straight after the break, Pakistan have a breakthrough! We have seen this ample times in Test cricket! Yasir Shah floats this one full angling into the stumps, Oshada Fernando goes for the drive with very little foot movement and gets a thick edge towards slip. Babar Azam takes a sharp catch low to his left and Oshada Fernando departs after a well-made half century! The umpires though get together to go upstairs and check if it was a bump ball. It came off the bat clearly. All good and that is three down.

Mohammad Nawaz to Dimuth Karunaratne, OUT! LBW! Mohammad Nawaz strikes. This is quicker and flatter around off, turning in. Dimuth Karunaratne is caught in his crease as he tries to flick and misses. He plays down the wrong line and gets hit on the pads in front of the stumps. There is an appeal for LBW and after some thought the umpire raises his finger. Dimuth Karunaratne takes the review. UltraEdge shows no bat involved and Ball Tracking shows two reds and just clipping the leg stump which is umpire's call. The on field decision stands and Sri Lanka lose their first wicket! Pakistan claim first blood and it is the all important wicket of the Sri Lankan skipper! 

Mohammad Nawaz to Kasun Rajitha, OUT! LBW! The vigil of the nightwatchman ends early! Mohammad Nawaz serves this full and just outside off, and gets the ball to straighten after pitching. Kasun Rajitha plays the wrong line and gets hit low on the pads. The umpire has no hesitation to lift his finger as this is plumb in front of the wicket. Kasun Rajitha does not even think of a review as he walks back.

Yasir Shah to Kusal Mendis, OUT! TIMBER! What a screamer of a delivery! This one is right from the book of great leg spin deliveries! Yasir Shah floats this slightly back of a length outside the leg stump, the ball turns sharply and beats the outside edge to crash against the top of the off pole. Mendis has no idea how to play this one. What a delivery and Sri Lanka have half their side in the shed!

Mohammad Nawaz to Angelo Mathews, OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Nawaz gets his man on the third ball of his new spell. Much needed one! This is too short and outside off, turning away, it is there to be hit but there is extra bounce as well. Mathews has to reach for it a bit as he tries to cut but gets an outside edge and Babar Azam at first slip takes it with ease to his left. Pakistan need to build on this now. 

Yasir Shah to Dhananjaya de Silva, OUT! CLEANED UP! Yasir Shah bowls this a bit quicker and full on middle, holds its line and skidding onto the stumps. Dhananjaya de Silva goes on the back foot to block but plays down the wrong line. The ball brushes his front pad and goes crashing onto the stumps. Yasir Shah once again getting the wicket. Sri Lanka are six down now.

Mohammad Nawaz to Niroshan Dickwella, OUT! DRAGGED ON! Mohammad Nawaz gets his fourth. This is floated outside off, spinning in. Niroshan Dickwella tries the reverse sweep again but only manages an inside edge. The ball hits the ground and goes onto hit the leg stump. Sri Lanka in huge trouble now.

Mohammad Nawaz to Ramesh Mendis, OUT! BOWLED! The off pole has been pegged back here! A five wicket haul for Mohammad Nawaz and he breaks this stubborn partnership! This is a fraction short outside off and comes in sharply. Ramesh Mendis looks to make room to cut but the ball is too close to his body goes on to hit the top of off stump! That is the first five wicket haul for Mohammad Nawaz in Test cricket!

Hasan Ali to Maheesh Theekshana, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Pakistan have finally managed to strike! Hasan Ali finally gets an edge to carry and get him a wicket! He serves this on a good length and angling into the batter. Maheesh Theekshana gets behind the line of the ball and looks to defend. The ball pitches on middle and straighten to take the outside edge of the bat. Mohammad Rizwan takes an easy catch behind the wicket and Hasan Ali pulls out his trademark celebration to send Maheesh Theekshana on his way. Pakistan have one more wicket to take and will be hoping to bat before end of Day's play!

Naseem Shah to Prabath Jayasuriya, OUT! TIMBER! Prabath Jayasuriya can not keep the last ball out! Dinesh Chandimal is left stranded on 94! Naseem Shah goes on a good length and pitches this on middle, the ball straightens a fraction after pitching. Prabath Jayasuriya looks to defend the line of the delivery and the ball goes past his outside edge to shatter the stumps. Sri Lanka have set a target of 342 runs! Spare a thought for Dinesh Chandimal who has played mangnificiently and his performace may well have defined this match! 

Ramesh Mendis to Imam-ul-Haq, OUT! STUMPED! Well, well, well! What a massive breakthrough this is for Sri Lanka and Niroshan Dickwella has come up big with his gloves. Imam-ul-Haq is out by a small margin. Dot balls are creating pressure and the hosts get a reward for it! This one spins sharply away after landing outside off. Imam-ul-Haq tries to push it away but misses. The keeper removes the bails and appeals. Niroshan Dickwella had to collect it wide and gets his gloves down to remove the bails. The replay shows no bat is involved. The stump camera is down at the moment and in slow motion it seems his back foot is in the air. After numerous replays and with different angles it looks like the foot is hanging in the air and the third umpire has made his decision. The big screen shows - OUT! For the first time in his Test career, Imam-ul-Haq is stumped out.

Prabath Jayasuriya to Azhar Ali, OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Straight after the drinks break, Sri Lanka strike! Prabath Jayasuriya does get into the wickets column. He has made a habit of it now! Jayasuriya nicely flights this up, gives a bit of air and serves it full and outside off. Azhar Ali looks for a big booming drive but gets an outside edge and Dhananjaya de Silva takes it at first slip. Sri Lanka will look to capitalize on it now.

Prabath Jayasuriya to Babar Azam, OUT! BOWLED! Prabath Jayasuriya gets the big fish. This is tossed up outside leg, turning into the batter sharply. Babar Azam again looks to pad it out but could not get his pad in line with ball. The turn takes the ball past his leg and smashes into the stumps. An error in judgement from him and Sri lanka have the breakthrough. Babar Azam stands there and just stares on the surface. All of a sudden, Sri Lanka are feeling pumped up. 

Prabath Jayasuriya to Mohammad Rizwan, OUT! LBW! Sri Lanka have the breakthrough but is it too late now! Time will tell!  Prabath Jayasuriya has been superb from the start of the day and his effort has paid off. He serves a full ball, angling around middle and off. The ball stays low off the deck and straightens a bit. Mohammad Rizwan presses forward to defend but gets beaten on the inside edge and gets pinged on the pads. A massive appeal for LBW and up goes the finger. That looked plumb as Rizwan has been given LBW but he refers it upstairs. Ultra Edge shows no bat. Ball Tracking shows three reds and Mohammad Rizwan has to walk back. Pakistan still need 66 runs to reach the target.

Dhananjaya de Silva to Hasan Ali, OUT! TAKEN! Another one bites the dust! Sri Lanka are still hanging there! de Silva serves a length ball, around middle and spins down the leg side. Ali hangs on the back foot and gets low to slog-sweep it over deep square leg. The intent was right but not the execution as he fails to get enough distance and Maheesh Theekshana holds onto it.
