It goes off the leading edge towards the bowler where Henry moves to his left, dives and grabs the ball just inches above the ground. Crawley is not sure about that and the umpires want to make sure as well. The replay shows that the fingers are underneath the ball and Crawley has to walk back after hitting a few lusty blows. Ben Stokes to Will Young, OUT! CAUGHT! The trap was set and Will Young falls right into it. Bowled short and angled towards the batter. Will Young lines himself up for the pull as it sits up nicely. He goes behind and pulls it with great authority but unfortunately right in the hands of Jacob Bethell who is stationed halfway inside the deep mid-wicket boundary as he swallows that completely. Young goes back for a fine 60 off 85 but fails to get to that elusive hundred!

Shoaib Bashir to Kane Williamson, OUT! Caught at deep fine! Kane Williamson departs at 156 after playing a masterful innings! Shoaib Bashir gives flight to the full ball, around middle, turns in from over the wicket, sticks to the surface, and takes an extra bounce after pitching. Kane decides to go for a slog sweep shot but only manages to get a top edge wide of deep fine where Rehan Ahmed takes a good catch moving to his left. End of a classy knock from the former captain as he walks off to a round of applause from the crowd.

Ben Stokes to William O'Rourke, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! The Nightwatchman is removed. This one is bowled on a length, just around that probing channel, straightens a bit. William O'Rourke is caught inside his crease as he tries to play at it with just his hands. It takes a decent outside edge and goes into Ollie Pope's hands who put in half a dive towards his right to complete that catch in the end.

He bowls on fuller length, around off, from around the wicket, nips back in. Rachin Ravindra comes down the track to flick it wide of mid-wicket but as the ball gets stuck to the surface, it comes a little bit slower to the bat. The ball flies to mid off after taking the outside edge and Brydon Carse takes a simple catch. Fourth down for New Zealand but they have a huge lead of 439 runs!

Jacob Bethell to Daryl Mitchell, OUT! TAKEN! Jacob Bethell gets his maiden Test wicket! Daryl Mitchell tries to go big again but holes out instead. Flighted, full and around leg, turns away. Daryl Mitchell moves to the leg side and tries to slog it over long off but due to the spin away fails to get the elevation. It goes miles up in the air towards long off where Matthew Potts backtracks and pouches it safely over his head tumbling behind as well. Daryl Mitchell falls for 60 off 84!

Shoaib Bashir to Glenn Phillips, OUT! TAKEN! Another one bites the dust! Shoaib Bashir floated it up, full and on middle. Glenn Phillips goes down for the slog sweep but gets too much underneath it. He gets the height as it goes way up in the air but not the elevation. Brydon Carse at deep mid-wicket settles under it nicely and takes a good catch. New Zealand seven down now!

Mitchell Santner swings hard through the line but is a bit late on the shot, gets a thick outside edge and it flies towards backward point in the hands of Shoaib Bashir. Zak Crawley settles himself underneath it and completes the catch. Tim Southee walks back amongst thunderous applause.

Joe Root obliges, leans on and looks to sweep, goes underneath the blade and thuds onto the front pad. Massive and a long appeal from men around the bat. The umpire isn't convinced. Tom Latham has a chat with the keeper and the bowler and opts for a review. He serves this on a good length, around middle, nips back in from over the wicket, Ollie Pope sets up to play a reverse scoop but gets beaten on the line of the ball.
