Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are at 154 for three against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) after 18 overs in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014. David Hussey is bating on 48 and MS Dhoni is on 29. Faf du Plessis (19), Dwayne Smith (47) and Suresh Raina (4) were the batsmen to have been dismissed. Hyderabad captain Darren Sammy won the toss and elected to field.
Darren Sammy brought himself into bowl the 16th over. Hussey hit a length delivery from round the wicket towards deep backward square-leg for a four. Hussey then reached out on his front-foot and swept one behind square on the leg side for another four. Dhoni hit one off Bhuvneshwar Kumar towards long-on. But Aaron Finch dropped the catch and the ball went over for a six.
Irfan bowled a slower length delivery and Hussey hammered it over long-on for a six. Hussey then pulled the last delivery in the 18th over long-on for another six.
